Hyde Park

08 July 2013

It's easy to grumble about London when the weather is (often) dreary and grey, but when the sun shines and we pull out our summer dresses, there is truly nowhere I would rather be.

I have been back in London for a week now, and miraculously the sun has shined pretty much all week long. The day after my return, E and I celebrated the end of the long-distance relationship and the beginning of our last stretch before getting hitched with a little picnic in Hyde Park.

The food was nothing fancy, just a couple of salads from M&S, and we drank white wine out of plastic cups. But it was the perfect way to kick off this next chapter of my life.

  2. Congratulations on the end of the long distance! I haven't been able to face Hyde Park lately though, every time I've gone there's been more people than grass!
