Aix-en-Provence

We are back home from an unforgettable week in the South of France, where we had a magical time with our loved ones before, after and during our wedding day. I can't quite capture how grateful and lucky I feel - sometimes, words are not enough - and we are still on cloud nine from what felt like a dream.

I do think that weddings are very personal and intimate, and I don't intend to do a full-blown wedding recap on my blog. However, I will be sharing a snippet or two here and there as the photos come in, because this place is a diary of sorts after all and I would love to share a few moments with you.

For today though, here are some scenes from Aix-en-Provence, E's home town. It is a charming, beautiful little city and we had a wonderful time walking, dining and exploring with our friends.

      thank you so much! you absolutely should take a trip, after all it's really quite close :) i do especially recommend the provence area and the coastal towns x
