Bridesmaid Gifts

Since we are jetting off today, and all the nuptials-related prep have kept me from this little blog, I thought that I would slip in a quick post about the gifts I have prepared for my bridesmaids.

I have four beautiful bridesmaids, and I wanted to give them something that would suit all of their tastes, and perhaps something that they could wear on the day. After perusing many jewellery stores online, it became obvious that Etsy was the winner. I love the concept of Etsy; for so many things, it beats your bog standard high street store with uniqueness and handmade quality.

In my search for delicate, personalised jewellery, I came across this etsy store and I had hit jackpot. My four 14k gold filled, hammered discs with embossed initials arrived just a few days after placing my order.

They were exactly what I was looking for, the quality is beautiful and they are just so delicate and versatile. 

I also wanted the packaging of these to be a little bit more special than the usual paper box, so I chose four different colours of macaron trinket boxes from not on the high street, a shop I also love.

These boxes are cute/weird depending on how you look at it (E's reaction was, "they're making me hungry."), but since we will be in France after all, I thought it was quite apt, and a nice little souvenir from the time we will all spend together in Provence.

Fingers crossed the girls like them!
